What is Health Coaching?

Technical definition- A health coach offers guidance and inspiration to help clients shift their behavior to healthier habits by making step-by-step changes to their diet and lifestyle. Real Life- You're busy (who isn't?), confused (what the heck am I supposed to be eating? How did I let myself slide this badly?), and ready to lose (weight, bad habits, your daily mirror smack talk). I help you figure out ways to get your skinny pants back on without completely disrupting your life and turning you into a social pariah. Don't be the person that peaked in high school.
